  In current digital age, we are highly distracted by lots of unnecessary information. We keep on scrolling newsfeed as if we might miss precious information or we get lag behind. This case is much more dangerous especially for growing children or highly productive youth. And with increment in nuclear family numbers, people seem virtually united but isolated or lonely in reality.
